While most Linux veterans would tell you the command line is all you need to archive a bunch of files, we're fond of PeaZip for its feature-filled, easy-to-use (if sometimes glitchy) interface.

7-Zip is one of the best archive managers for Windows, offering a long list of features. However, I recently came across PeaZip, an open-source archive manager, and I find it very similar to 7-Zip.
