How I approached my lean bulk ⬇️ For me, bulking was never about gaining unnecessary fat The goal was to become noticeably bigger and more muscular than before, while keeping body fat under control During my lean bulk, I focused on the fundamentals and executed them consistently First, I maintained a controlled calorie surplus I didn’t overeat, I stayed just slightly above maintenance to support muscle growth without excessive fat gain Protein intake was a priority I consistently consumed suffic
