Working in reverse. Calculated the broken fascia that comes off the gable porch and calculated a prop for proper height. Then I measured that height down to where it should land on the 3/12 porch and calculated that main fascia that was 224 1/2” and get the all set and ready to work backwards to be wall to build that clipped gable over the window.
