We have to laugh or we’ll cry 🤣😅 Most expensive first OB appointment ever 🙈 (because we did have to pay in full before we were seen). Since we don’t have health insurance (haven’t for 4 years) & are self-pay, when planning this pregnancy, we originally were going to have a midwife only & go through a birthing center but since it took awhile for us to concieve, I am now considered high risk because of my advanced maternal age therefore plans had to change. I def had a mental breakdown when ca
