Naval Operations Command, also known as NOC, commonly called OpCom has begun Domain Operations. OpCom has been around since 2020 and throughout the years we’ve seen the community go through some of the worst years ever seen in the halo clan community. We’ve seen clans rise and fall throughout our time. We’ve stood our ground, we’ve been tested through time. Despite all we’ve gone through, the Ideals and Beliefs of OpCom has never faultered, and has never been destroyed. Our Ideals and Beliefs ha
