Oreo cake NO-BAKE CAKE RECIPE Ingredients Base: 300 g biscuits 150 g melted butter Cream: 800 ml cold heavy cream (35%) 150 g powdered sugar A small amount of crushed biscuits (to mix into half of the cream) Ganache: 200 g milk chocolate 250 ml heavy cream Instructions 1. Base Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake mold and refrigerate. 2. Cream Whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until thick and fluff
