Serious charges were filed Monday against a Superior man accused of shooting a Superior police officer, ramming his vehicle into the middle school and physically assaulting his girlfriend. Dylan Charles-Edward Wallace, 28, of Superior made his first appearance in court Monday — one day after the crime unfolded.
