July 29, 1958 On this day in 1958, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958, established the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). In honor of today, Howard printed an image from a cut that was originally made for a flyer our print shop printed for a previous exhibit our museum had in conjunction with the former Science Center.
